  • Founder & Engineering Director

    A mechanical engineer by profession, graduated from Kun Shan University in Tainan, Taiwan, complemented by a Master’s degree in Project Management from UCI, Costa Rica. With over 13 years of experience in the construction industry in Costa Rica, Andrés has participated in projects involving hotels, restaurants, industrial facilities, homes, and offices. His love for nature and the coastal lifestyle led him to focus on Guanacaste since 2020, building residences—especially in Nosara—and establishing a strong reputation based on quality, organization, and transparent communication.


  • Founder & General Manager

    With experience in business management since 2015, Laura has led the administration of dental clinics, laboratories, and Christian non-profit organizations. Since 2022, she has focused on construction project management, bringing strong and structured financial oversight.

    Her focus on organization, transparency, and efficiency makes her the ideal complement to ensure accurate and reliable management—both for the company and for our clients’ projects.
